About Me
My name is Andrew (Andy) Ayer. I started gardening as a child by helping my mom grow annual and perennial flowers and my dad with his variously delicious vegetables. Through the subsequent years of creating my own gardens in various Calgary neighborhoods, and helping in family, friends and neighbours in theirs, I have continually increased my knowledge and experience and completed the Master Gardener program with the Calgary Horticultural Society in 2020.
All gardens contribute immensely to the beauty and spirit of our community so I am delighted to share and appreciate the success and innovation I find in our industry, especially with our challenging and changing climate.
I established this company in 2016 after an oil and gas career change. The opportunity was irresistible and it`s been a wonderful endeavour. I love digging, plus creating and revealing natural beauty as it comes to life. Sharing this passion with all who enjoy the splendour of being outdoors is a pleasure. Delighting clients and improving their properties is proving to be a very fulfilling enjoyment for me.
